What’s Happening?
For the past two months or so, I have seen more attacks from Satan than ever before. And they are all directed at those directly involved in leadership at RPC. And I’m not talking about the kind of attack where you have a bad day because someone cut you off in traffic. I’m talking majorly screwing with people’s life. It tells me a couple of things. 1) Satan is not happy about what is taking place at RidgePoint. 2) Something HUGE is on the horizon. I know that God has BIG plans for RPC because the devil has at least half of his demons attacking us, at least that’s how it seems. Fortunately, God is still in charge. I read this in my devotions this morning and it was spot on. I said all of that to ask this: Please pray fervently for all of the leaders at RidgePoint Church. Pray that we will have wisdom and discernment to make the decisions that lie ahead.

How Bout Some Input
Lately I’ve found myself doing things that I know will piss Satan off. I’m all about breaking off my foot in some devil butt. Besides that, he’s really been on my back lately. But then I started wondering, shouldn’t the first contemplative thought that comes to my head when making a decision be “What would give God glory?”. Lately it’s been “How can I enrage Satan?”. Now I know that both questions are kinda one in the same, but I still can’t help but wonder if maybe that’s not how it should be. Maybe I should put more focus on my relationship with God. That would certainly still make the devil mad. Am I making any sense?

Hunting Demons
This past Sunday night I was fortunate enough to be able to go see Demon Hunter in concert. Wow! Those guys are serious. I was blown away. Good thing I took ear plugs. My ears would still be ringing. Some people will give this band a listen and probably turn it off rather quickly. But let me encourage you to at least check out their lyrics. It’s good stuff! It is awesome to see a band that appeals to such a godless demographic, yet write such Biblical truths in their lyrics. Check out the title track to their new album. It’s called “Storm the Gates of Hell”. They opened with this one and it was ridiculous. Here is a video with lyrics.

New Fee EP
I just bought the new All Because of Jesus EP from Fee. It is exclusive to iTunes. It has an acoustic version and a radio version of “All Because of Jesus”. There is also a video of the song, but it wasn’t all that to me. But for $2.97, it’s a pretty good buy. I would buy it again. So if you’re a Fee fan, you’re gonna want to pick this one up.
